I love that they've given the girl a doll and she's still "Loooook! GI JOE!!!" You just know that her brother is going to be tying up that doll and shooting it with his uzi later. Not that she seems unhappy with the doll, dolls are great! I had a doll when I was a kid. Her little hard face made her a very effective projectile weapon.

Funny to see GI Joe and Star Wars hanging next to each other. Feels wrong somehow. I want those Shoguns!

That last picture was from the 80's.
Also, check out Silent Night, Deadly Night. There is a classic 80's montage in the first act that shows a lot of 80's toys. Jabba the Hutt's playset is the one that stood out in my mind's eye.

yeah, 1986 I'd guess by the Joes shown (nerd alert!). Late enough that it's weird that it's a black and white photo.
Everything in that photo is something I would flip for. Masters of the universe, POTF, a freakin B.A.T.. And there are even some muscle men for Sean. What on earth are Infaceables though? Not familiar with those.

Wikipedia says "The Infaceables: Mystic Warriors of Change was a 1984 toyline by Galoob in which plain-face characters grew more animalistic through the use of vacuum suction. Figures have faces which change from man to beast.
Forces of good are led by Iron Lion and forces of evil by Tembo in the war for control of the earth."
