I like that you guys picked up on the Idris Elba awesomeness. Maybe in your redone version of Prometheus he needs to have a bigger role.

That actually would be better. Although in my version I think they would have all been company men. Why send contractors to do such an important job?

Someone has to fly the ship, and be antagonistic. Maybe he should have been a robot too. Naw, he's too cool, just keep him as the pilot who isn't meant to get off the ship. Just give him more to do.

His character might have been believable as an independent contractor, but why not populate the rest of the crew with corporate loyalists?
