An interesting video. I never realized just how many nukes have actually been exploded. If you don't want to sit through the whole 14:26, fast forward up to 12:12 mark to see the individual countries' "contribution". It is rather fast and eye opening.

I watched a fascinating documentary about the history of nuclear weapons and tests a while back but I had to stop watching it because they were showing footage of them testing the blasts on navy ships with animals on the deck, I couldn't watch that part. Back in the 50's and 60's they were detonating those things like they were fireworks. I don't think there's anything scarier than watching a nuclear blast, it's other worldly, completely inhuman and unnatural looking.

Just finished watching that youtube video, it's quite sobering. Worth noting also that the US has detonated the most by far, not something to be proud of.
