Interesting note about solitary confinement: I think there's a movement now to have it classified as cruel and unusual punishment as it's so detrimental to rehabilitation and the human person that some people want it phased out.

The sad reality is that Ledger's death limited what they could do, but any movie with Bane as the bad guy had limitations anyway. I still think a story that utilized Two Face would have worked better, or a real return of Ras Al Ghul.

If Liam Neeson can come back as a ghost in this movie, where the hell was he in Revenge of the Sith? Just askin'.
