I actually think it looks pretty cool. Though I will miss Ahnuld's charisma in this version.

Well the girl at comicon was a practical three boobied lady so there's a good chance that's the way they've gone. They weren't big enough though, from the picture I saw you could still see her real boobs bulging out from underneath.
