I thought this movie was forgotten. It was an old live-action Disney movie about a comic book writer who accidentally becomes a superspy. It's pretty dumb and it mostly disappeared, but the new Pixar Toy Story short "Small Fry" did pay homage to Condorman by including him in a line-up of happy meal toy rejects.
Not sure if this is available for viewing anywhere or if it's worth your time, but it's definitely one from the vault.
