Okay, so it's safe to watch the Expendables 2! According to the man himself in dolphlundgren.com/, he's already shot some action stuff for the sequel, which will also feature Stallone, Crews, Schwarzenegger, Willis and Van Damme.

According to Dolph also this time the cast will include Nick Cage and Chuck Norris. Although these could easily be just cameos since Sly reportedly wants everyone who's ever been in an action movie to be in this. I'm definitely NOT trusting IMDB on this.

Nick Cage is awesome. Sounds like they're doing with this one what they should have done with the first.

Finally we'll get some Van Damage in there. And Norris too! Now where's Seagal?
And couldn't they fit in a little Connery too? I'm just sayin'

Connery doesn't do movies anymore. But I'd like to see all of them go head to head and beat up Seagal. Van Damage!

With a cast packed with 80's action stars (where's Kurt Russel and Carl Weathers???) I'd love them to have some 80's baddies in there like Michael Ironside, Robert Davi, William Atherton or Tom Atkins! Well ...one can only dream

I've been meaning to put Tom Atkins out there as a bona fide Johnny Drama. How about Roddy Piper?

Rowdy Roddy Piper? I love 80s baddies, I'm all up for that idea.

We haven't given Tom Atkins his proper respect yet. I was just thinking about him the other day. I'm revising my book "Apocalypse Party" so that it actually involves a real zombie invasion mixed in with the real-life occurrences of the original book and there's a detective character based on the role he played in "Night of the Creeps". I'll have to post him on the wall of Johnny Drama.
Roddy is also awesome. "They Live" and "Hell Comes to Frogtown" are 2 of my favorites.

Tom Atkins, the man, the legend, the mustache heheh
Wasn't Roddy Piper the one who delivered the line "I came here to fight and chew bubblegum... and I'm all out of gum" that was used in the Duke Nukem games?

While we're ordering up action stars I'd like to order a side of Boz (don't pretend you didn't love One Man's Justice aka One Tough Bastard!)

I will support "One Man's Justice" Boz.
I don't know if Roddy originated the bubble gum line, but he definitely delivered it in "They Live".
Tom Atkins always said "Thrill me" in "Night of the Creeps". That was his catch phrase.

"I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum."
Piper ad lib'ed the line. I think he may have used it back in the WWF.
Both Atkins and Piper could use some Johnny Drama love.

We certainly haven't been giving our Johnny Dramas the love they deserve lately. Maybe it's time for our Johnny Drama episode?
