Anyone else watching this show? It isn't bad, but not great in my opinion. The story is based in a post alien-apocalyptic world with the remnants of humanity resisting the invaders. Noah Wyle is a father/history teacher turned officer in the resistance. One of his sons has been captured by the aliens and is used as slave labor (being controlled by some sort of slug-thing attached to the brain and spine. Another neat aspect of the show is that electronics have failed (EMP I guess) and man is reduced to mechanical means. With this, news doesn't travel far; so the happenings elsewhere are unknown to our group of survivors.
Anyway, if interested, it is on TNT. Only two weeks of shows (three hours) have aired.

Yeah, I'm a little disappointed. I wish V had taken this approach instead of the "we don't know who we can trust" crap, but I like the aliens in that show better. These aliens are just weird crab things whose boots-on-the-ground technology doesn't match the sophistication of their spaceships.
It is well-made, but it reminds me of other post-ap shows like Jericho and Jeremiah, where there's a lot of intrigue and people with machine guns, but the overall story is unclear. They have a lot of license to run around with the mothership and scout ships fully visible in the background.
It's got a lot of good people in it, though, and it's a good idea. It's worth watching, but I like Walking Dead better.
