This is pure madness! You internationals don't seem to be having this problem because the movie is at least available as a PAL DVD under it's alternate European title, Dark Angel, but this is truly an American tragedy! This is actually one of the classic Dolph movies; I'm shocked it isn't out on DVD. I discovered this because I was actually wanting to buy a copy. What's up, Hollywood? You could at least throw Brian Benben a bone here. He was in Dream On, for God's sake. Here's an online petition I'm sure no one will pay any attention to, but at least this guy's got the right idea. www.petitionspot.com/petitions/i_come_in_peace/

Man, if I got angry at every cool movie not on in Australia... that's why I download stuff, because I'd prefer to support the artists but I can't do it if you're not selling it. Travesty, I cry!

I think "I Come in Peace" is available in Australia as "Dark Angel". You guys are Region 2 over there, right?

Apparently MGM has finally released "Dark Angel" as a Region 1 DVD, so it probably won't ever come out as "I Come In Peace" but at least it's available.

Dark Angel is a weird name, I think. I wonder why they feel the need to change names when movies go overseas?.0

I'm not sure what the original name was. Apparently it was called "Dark Angel" everywhere but the US. I like "I Come In Peace" better because it's also a lame name, but it's just weird enough to get your attention. "Dark Angel" is so generic there's already like 10 other things with the same name.

Okay, so here's the thing:
"This product is manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media. Amazon.com's standard return policy will apply."
That's what is says on the listing. I only noticed this after I received my copy and it looked like an obvious bootleg.
I like this concept of the DVD on demand, but seriously, MGM? You can't release this damn thing and be done with it? When will you give this movie the respect it deserves?
