In response to listener feedback, the boys take another crack at the future of robots. This includes breaking news on Dolph Lundgren and Steve Wiebe, but also the first ever attempt to draft a ROBOT BILL OF RIGHTS! We also close with a heart-stopping cliffhanger! Who will survive? traffic.libsyn.com/darkcrazy/TVAMD_Future5.mp3

woah, what happened? Did Vron go on a murderous rampage and take over the show?
You know Greg, I make fun but I do agree with you about Christmas. They're already filling up the shops here with their Christmas tree eisles. And we don't have Halloween or Thanksgiving to pad out the time.
Brooks, I do laugh at your "too hot" Christmas. I will continue laughing as my face melts in December. Then you will all see an angry fembot.
I am glad, Sean, that you're willing to revisit robots, but I don't think giving them free will is a good idea. I don't even give my cat free will, and I don't think squirting them with water will correct their behavioural deficiencies.
You're right, we already have pets, we don't need robopets. Which means we don't need robots for anything. don't make them. That's my robot rule.
Also, does anyone else remember the classic robot gone wrong game "I have no mouth, and I must scream" ? I just got a copy of it, I loved it when I was young, but I found out it's based on a pretty cool short story, of the same name by Harlan Ellison. About robot, or more correctly, computer, hate. You can find the short story through wikipedia links, I recommend it because it's good.
Ahhh, no, the robots are attacking me now! I must go get my guns.

Yeah, you'll have to tune in next week to find out whether or not I survived.
But you may never know what really happened...
