My favourite is the ER helicopter moment. I actually watched it on youtube once. Very silly.

I remember watching that live with my wife (she was a big fan of that show). I laughed my ass off while she was mortified that they went there. She kept repeating, "that's terrible." I'm not sure what shocked her more, the helicopter falling on him or the fact that they didn't find his body until the end of the show.
