Not just another body switching movie...
How is this not just another body switching movie? Because there's more nudity and cursing in it?
This movie really pissed me off in how not funny it was. It wastes a lot of talented people's time. It has moments and isn't all bad, but the only genuine moments are the actual character moments and they don't work because the premise is based around being so raunchy that the characters are unforgivable stereotypes.
Ryan Reynolds' character is such a dysfunctional scumbag that you can't even imagine him getting through the day, much less having real friends. The gags are predictable and played out and nothing really happens to drive the story until about an hour in.
And that's a problem too, because like a lot of comedies these days this one is way too long. It weighs it at about an hour and fifty minutes. Seriously?
