I've been waiting to see Avatar on the IMAX because I'm mostly just interested in the ground-breaking visuals, from a techie POV ... I hate crowds, so I figured I'd give it a few months. But as time goes on, I find myself less and less interested in making the effort (it's a couple hour drive.) Sigh.

I'm all for additional releases of popular movies, although I'm surprised they're thinking about doing it so soon.
